How we work
Most teams aren't short of effort.
They're short of a shared heading. We help you pick one, build the tools around it, then hand it over so your team runs it.
How a project runs
Each step ends with something you can use. Nothing moves on until the last step works.
-
Step 1
A call
Thirty minutes on what's getting in the way, however scattered the idea is. You get a written summary afterwards, whether or not we work together.
-
Step 2
One heading
We agree three priorities with you, and how we'll both know each one is working. It fits on one page, and you sign it off before anything is built.
-
Step 3
Build
The website or web app your team will actually use, and nothing it doesn't need. You see a working version every week, with a short check-in your team can actually make.
-
Step 4
Hand over
Your team runs it, with a few simple rules for running things around it. We stay on call, and 30 days after handover we review the results with you.
The three rules
-
Share one heading.
Pick the few things that matter this quarter, and how you'll know. Everyone can see them.
-
Give everyone room to move.
Clear flows and ownership, so people act without waiting to be told.
-
Stay in step.
Short, regular check-ins and tools that show progress, so drift gets spotted early.
After handover
You own what we build. Your team runs it day to day, with a short weekly check-in to stay in step.
We stay on call, and 30 days after handover we sit down with you to review the results against the heading we agreed at the start.
We build it. You run it. Together.
From all over the place to on the line.
Tell us what's slowing your business down. We'll reply within one working day.
